Day of Coordination: What You Can Expect at Every Stage
We’re here to bring your vision to life on your wedding day, offering expert support and meticulous planning to ensure flawless execution.
Wedding Day Execution
On-Site Wedding Coordination: Our team will be present at your venue to manage all aspects of your wedding day. We’ll coordinate with vendors, direct the bridal party, ensure the timeline is followed, and keep everything running smoothly.
Ceremony Management: We’ll direct the processional, ensure all parties are in the right place at the right time, and help guide guests smoothly into their seats.
Reception Coordination: From the grand entrance to the last dance, we’ll ensure the reception is timely, organized, and full of joyful moments. We’ll assist with transitions between activities, including speeches, toasts, first dances, cake cutting, and more.
Guest Management: Handling any guest requests, ensuring seating arrangements are honored, and answering any questions throughout the day.
Vendor Liaison: We’ll be the point of contact for all vendors, making sure they have what they need, are on time, and that any last-minute issues are resolved immediately.
Emergency Kit: We bring a wedding day emergency kit, stocked with everything from safety pins and sewing kits to snacks and glue guns (we keep it all!) to ensure you're prepared for any minor hiccups.

Timeline Creation: A detailed timeline for the day of, including vendor arrivals, ceremony timings, reception schedule, and key moments, all tailored to your unique needs. We’ll fill out the template together!
Vendor Confirmation: We’ll reach out to all your vendors to confirm timings, logistics, and expectations, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
Logistics Review: A final walkthrough of the venue with you (or your designated point person) to address any last-minute details and layout adjustments.

Final Venue Walk-Through: After the festivities have wrapped up, we’ll do a final check of the venue to ensure everything is properly cleaned and any rented items are returned.
Assistance with Personal Belongings: If needed, we’ll help gather your personal belongings, gifts, and decor items for transport.
