Partial Planning is perfect for couples who’ve already started the process but need a professional to take the reins in the final stretch. We’ll guide you through the crucial final details, help with vendor management, and ensure your vision is executed flawlessly. Partial Wedding Planning: What You Can Expect at Every Stage

At this stage, you may have chosen your venue, booked some of your key vendors, and may have a vision for your day. Partial Planning comes in to make sure you’re on the right track and help guide you through some of the more complex decisions that remain. This phase is all about providing direction, setting clear expectations, and refining your plans so that everything is in order when the final months approach, and giving guidance on ensuring we don’t go over budget.

Vendor Recommendations & Referrals

  • Vendor check-in: We’ll review your current vendor list to see if you need any additional services or recommendations for vendors you haven’t booked yet (such as photographers, DJs, florists, etc.).

  • Trusted vendor referrals: If needed, we’ll provide our list of trusted vendors that align with your style, preferences, and budget to help fill in any gaps.

Budget Review & Planning

  • Budget review: We’ll take a close look at your wedding budget to ensure you're on track and help you allocate funds effectively to cover the remaining expenses.

  • Budget optimization: We’ll suggest any adjustments that may be necessary based on your current planning, helping you maximize your budget and avoid overspending.

Design Concept Finalization

  • Design refinement: If you’ve started thinking about the look and feel of your wedding, we’ll help you refine your design concepts. This may include your color scheme, floral design, table settings, and decor. You’ll recieve an in-depth questionnaire to help us document all the details!

  • Visual cohesion: We’ll work with you to ensure your decor and design elements align with your wedding vision, making sure every detail—from linens to signage—is cohesive.

Timeline Framework

  • Initial timeline guidance: We’ll help you create a rough framework for your wedding timeline, including key dates like the final payment deadlines for vendors, venue setup times, rehearsal dinner timing, and more.

  • Guidance on milestones: We’ll guide you on where you should be in the planning process and help set realistic milestones so you stay on track.

Wedding Party Communication

  • Wedding party logistics: We’ll help you establish early communication with your bridal party, ensuring they know their roles, attire requirements, and expectations as the big day approaches.

  • Pre-wedding prep: If you’re planning any pre-wedding events (engagement parties, bridal showers, etc.), we can also provide guidance and help with details, if needed. (Planning the events will be at an additional cost)

  • During the last few months before your wedding, we’ll assist you with the critical aspects of the planning process—finalizing vendor contracts, managing timelines, and making sure your design comes to life. The final details often become overwhelming, but we’ll be here to keep you organized and in control.

    Vendor Coordination & Finalization

    • Final vendor meetings: We’ll coordinate final meetings with all your vendors to confirm details, timelines, and expectations. We’ll also assist with any contract reviews or clarifications you may need.

    • Vendor confirmations: We’ll confirm that all vendors are set for the wedding day and follow up on final payments, deliverables, and last-minute questions.

    Budget Management

    • Budget tracking: We’ll track your budget and provide you with updates on where you stand. We’ll also help you make any necessary adjustments and suggest ways to keep everything within budget.

    • Final payment reminders: As your wedding day approaches, we’ll send reminders for any final payments due to vendors to keep things organized.

    Timeline Creation & Refinement

    • Detailed timeline: We’ll build a detailed timeline, covering every aspect of your day—from when vendors arrive, to when the first dance happens, and when everything needs to be wrapped up. This ensures no detail is overlooked.

    • Timeline review: We’ll review the timeline with you and make any adjustments based on your preferences.

    Design & Decor Finalization

    • Design review: We’ll go over your design plan once again to make sure every element (florals, seating arrangements, table settings, etc.) is cohesive and fits within your vision.

    • Decor coordination: We’ll confirm orders for custom decor, rentals, and other special items, ensuring everything arrives on time and aligns with your vision. (Any extensive/larger DIYs will require an additional charge- we can to this and figure out your best options!)

    Guest List & RSVP Management

    • RSVP management: If you need assistance with tracking RSVPs, we’ll help you monitor responses, follow up where needed, and manage the final guest count.

    • Seating chart creation: We’ll help you design your seating chart and ensure that all guests are comfortably placed according to your preferences.

  • This is where the magic happens! The final week and wedding day are all about ensuring everything goes according to plan. You can count on us to be there to handle logistics, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and ensure that your wedding day is everything you’ve dreamed of.

    Vendor Communication & Confirmation

    • Final confirmations: We’ll confirm all details with your vendors to make sure everyone is aligned on timing, deliveries, and expectations.

    • Payment finalization: We’ll ensure that all final payments and tips are prepared in advance and given to the appropriate vendors.

    Wedding Party Support

    • Wedding party guidance: We’ll help you make sure the bridal party is prepared for the day—whether it’s managing attire issues, keeping them on schedule, or guiding them through their roles.

    • Guest logistics: We’ll make sure all guest needs are addressed, including transportation, special accommodations, and any last-minute communication.

  • Absolutely! We are happy to work with couples planning events outside our primary location within the United States. We’ve successfully coordinated weddings in a variety of locations and can handle all logistics, travel arrangements, and vendor sourcing for out-of-town events.
